Kelly Keegan’s Client has Gun Rights Restored
Kelly Keegan’s client was convicted of Felony Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance nearly ten years prior. After years working to rehabilitate, including getting treatment for his drug use, the remaining consequence of the conviction was the client’s inability to possess firearms. Kelly’s client wanted to feel like a whole citizen again and hoped to use firearms in both hunting and farming. After Kelly presented evidence of her client’s rehabilitation to the court, the judge granted her client’s petition for restoration of his firearm rights.
