Kate's Client Avoids DWI Conviction and License Revocation

Kate’s diligent advocacy for her client in a Driving While Impaired (DWI) case led to a successful outcome - no DWI conviction and no license revocation. Her client had been pulled over and charged with DWI, but Kate successfully negotiated the charge down to careless driving by demonstrating to the prosecutor that her client’s prescribed medications would not have impaired his driving.
