Kelly Keegan is voted in to the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice (MSCJ), an organization limited to the top 50 DWI lawyers in the State of Minnesota. Membership to MSCJ is extended by invitation from existing members. The group meets roughly monthly to discuss defense law and share resources.
